St. Johnsville High School students must meet the following graduation requirements of 22 units of school credit and the passing of specific Regents examinations.  The units of credit must include the following:

For a Regents Diploma:

• 4 Units of Social Studies
  • including 1 unit of U.S. History, 2 units of Global History, 1/2 unit of Participation in Government, 1/2 unit of Economics
• 3 Units of Science
  • Two core units:  Earth Science, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
  • One elective unit:  Forensics/Ecology, Animal Science/Vet Science, Environmental Science, or Marine Science (Distance Learning)
• 3 Units of Mathematics
• 4 Units of English
• 1/2 unit of Health
• 1 unit of Art and/or Music
• 1 unit of LOTE
  • Language other than English (Spanish)
• 2 units of Physical Education

Regents Examinations need to pass:

·         Global 10

·         US History and Government

·         Biology

·         Math A

·         English 11

Advanced Regents Diploma:

• 4 Units of Social Studies
  • including 1 unit of U.S. History, 2 units of Global History, 1/2 unit of Participation in Government, 1/2 unit of Economics
• 3 Units of Science
  • Two core units:  Earth Science, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
  • One elective unit:  Forensics/Ecology, Animal Science/Vet Science, Environmental Science, or Marine Science (Distance Learning)
• 3 Units of Mathematics
  • Complete Math A and B assessment (65% >)
• 4 Units of English
• 1/2 unit of Health
• 1 unit of Art and/or Music
• 3 unit of LOTE or a 5 unit sequence of CTE or Art Classes
  • LOTE: Language other than English (Spanish)
• 2 units of Physical Education

Regents Examinations need to pass:
